1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website or engaging our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services

SuccessTeamPro provides managed Agile team services, staff augmentation, and related technology services. Specific terms for each engagement are detailed in individual Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs).

3. Intellectual Property

All work product, deliverables, and intellectual property created during an engagement belong to the client, as specified in the applicable MSA or SOW. SuccessTeamPro retains ownership of pre-existing IP and general methodologies.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual SOWs. Typical terms include monthly invoicing for managed pods and staff augmentation, with payment due within 30 days of invoice date.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement, as detailed in the applicable NDA or MSA.

6. Limitation of Liability

SuccessTeamPro's liability is limited to the fees paid during the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the SOW. Typical notice periods range from 30 to 90 days depending on engagement type.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
